"She is open to challenging avenues, and sees herself as playing a role of Corporate Advisor, Mentor, and a Director on various Boards of Professional Companies where her contribution to the management of corporate world can be most appreciated.  She has launched her own Consultancy Company which gives professional services to companies which are looking for bringing about a turn around in the operations. Through her expertise and experience, she also advises foreign companies on setting up operations in India.  Her personal contacts with the State and Central government administration plays a vital role in speeding up implementation of new projects.  Those companies, that are diversifying into new areas of business, will also find her services useful.

She also plans to share her vast professional experience by offering her services as a visiting faculty in conducting training programs, seminars and giving lectures at various management schools/Institutes. Her subjects of interest are Human Resource Development, General Management, Marketing and Leadership.

Her efforts towards social welfare have already made her the driving spirit behind the Lila Poonawalla Foundation and the Quality Circle Forum of India, to further the cause of education among women and contribute to People development.
